Return Policy
Returns are allowed within 10 days of delivery unless otherwise specified in your listing. Please contact us through ebay email with the ebay item number and the name on the order to request a Return Authorization Number along with Return Instructions. You can help avoid restocking fees by repackaging your item in the same condition in which you received it, including all packing materials, parts and manuals. Any items returned without a return authorization or without original packaging and all parts and manuals, will be assessed a 20% restock & added handling fee. Inspect all items of your order upon receipt of delivery Please open and inspect all items upon receipt for full warranty protection. Any damage due to freight handling or factory defect will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you. You have 72 hours upon receipt to report damage.
Shipping Back to Us?
Upon return of the merchandise in New & Unused Condition, we will refund you the total less the original shipping and handling. We cannot accept returns on merchandise you have used or damaged. All returned items are shipped at the customer's expense. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or the wrong item was shipped to you, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost.

Please use either UPS or FedEx Ground and insure for the entire amount of item being returned. Also, please have all tracking information available.
Damaged Merchandise
Any damage due to freight handling or factory defect will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you. Please e-mail us in ebay only or contact us at 401-323-0070. We sometimes do not receive emails outside of ebay, so please communicate in ebay.
You did not receive your entire order
We use many different suppliers and many different warehouses. It is very common that you may receive your order in different shipments. Please understand that we always try to ship all orders complete, but in some cases, we have to use different warehouses. Generally your items should follow a day or two later unless otherwise specified.
Back Order Policy
In the event that we do not happen to have one or more of your items in stock, and we can not get the items from the manufacturer, we will notify you right away via ebay e-mail and or phone. We will let you know how long it will be before we can ship your items. If there are multiple items on your order, we will ship the items that are in stock immediately. We will then ship any items that are on back order once they come in. All back ordered items will remain on back order unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item.
Description and Photo Policy
The stock photos and descriptions of most products are used to give you an idea of how the product looks and what features it has. In some situations, you can not rely solely on the photo to be completely accurate. Some images may be there to show a product feature, design, handle style, finish etc. That is because the manufacturer could not provide the correct image or a close-up of the finish may be used from a different model. You must carefully read the description, and ask all questions before purchasing to verify all the above. We do not take responsibility for the quality of the photos, as certain models may slightly vary, and certain computer resolutions show different qualities. We will provide you with as much information as we have before your purchase to assure that you have made the right decision.
Shipping Time and Tracking Information
Shipping time frames all vary. Please make sure you are fully aware of this. We DO NOT provide immediate tracking information for any products. Products may sometimes ship up to 5 business days after payment is received. If you do not have your item within 7 business days from payment, please contact us via eBay email and we will obtain tracking, as it probably is still in transit. We can not guarantee a certain delivery date due to occasional shipping company and warehouse delays. Once your order ships, ground delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live. We only ship large items to the Contiguous 48 States. All international shipments can take up to 7 business days to process, as some of our suppliers will have to ship to our warehouse first, and we will in turn ship out to you. This is very common and should be considered when purchasing from another country outside of the United States. Please understand that we try our best to get items to you as quickly as possible. We can not ship to unconfirmed addresses. In the event that you have an unconfirmed address, we reserve the right to end the transaction and refund in full. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and no international orders or APO/FPO military addresses please.
